Dylan played his Junior A hockey for the Michigan Mountain Cats of the NA3HL and the Illiana Blackbirds of the MNJHL before moving on to Robert Morris University Chicago where he played for the Eagles. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Allied Health Studies in 2016 and his master’s degree in Sports Administration in 2018, both from Robert Morris. Dylan has worked at a variety of goalie camps and served as the head instructor for Craig Anderson Goaltending camps in Chicago, IL, as well as the director of weekly clinics at Johnny’s Ice House in Chicago. Dylan has coached with the the New Mexico Ice Wolves organization and the University of New Mexico Lobos program. He is currently the owner and head coach of the Southern Oregon Spartans in the WSHL.
Gavin is the founder of McHale Strength & Conditioning based in Winnipeg. He is the current goaltending coach for the University of Manitoba women's hockey team and has trained goalies at all levels. He has played in the WHL, BCHL, and MJHL.
